1. Who we are

This website, wearvibes.in, is operated by WearVibes (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at Islampur–Jatipur Road, Murgiachak, Islampur, Nalanda, Bihar 801303, India. “You” means anyone who visits, browses or buys from this site.

By using this site or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or be using the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to break any law in your jurisdiction
• Upload viruses, malicious code or anything that could damage the site
• Scrape, copy or resell any part of the site or its content
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• Harass, abuse or impersonate any person, including our staff

We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders if these terms are broken.

3. Products, sizes and colours

Every WearVibes item is printed to order. We do our best to show products accurately, but:

• Screens display colours differently — the shade you receive may vary slightly from the photo
• Print placement can vary by up to half an inch, which is normal for printed apparel
• Measurements on our size charts are approximate, with a small tolerance

These variations are part of how printed apparel is made and are not treated as defects. Genuine defects are fully covered by our Refund Policy.

We may limit quantities, discontinue a design or change product descriptions at any time without notice.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Currency	All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Order confirmation	Your order is confirmed only after payment (or COD confirmation) is received
Price changes	We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you order is the price you pay
Payment methods	UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery
Payment security	Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and other licensed gateways. We never see or store your card details

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, an address looks invalid, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order before it is printed, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Errors on the site

Occasionally there may be typos, wrong prices or out-of-date information on our site. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel affected orders, even after an order has been placed, with a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and store credit

Shipping timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, replacements and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, faulty or wrong items are replaced free of charge, and approved refunds are issued as WearVibes store credit valid for 12 months rather than as cash.

Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to a bank account or card, and expires 12 months after it is issued.

7. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, slogans, photographs, text, logos and layouts on this site belong to WearVibes or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, print, resell or use them commercially without our written consent. Buying a product gives you the product — not the rights to the artwork on it.

If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, write to services@wearvibes.in and we will look into it promptly.

8. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or comments, you give us permission to publish and use them in our marketing without payment. Please only send content you own. We may edit or remove anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, but we are not obliged to monitor submissions.

9. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to other websites or use third-party tools such as payment gateways, couriers, chat widgets and analytics. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please read their terms before using them.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the site running and to deliver quality products, but we cannot promise the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, missed occasions or emotional distress arising from a delayed or defective delivery. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, courier failures, power or internet outages, or similar.

12. Your privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. If part of these terms does not apply

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is separated out and the rest continues to apply in full.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nalanda, Bihar.
